I picked it up on Friday which it was told to me that it was ready. And come to find out later that day after I was back home that the recall was not fixed. And on top of that a hose was not put back together which was causing it to miss fire. Lucky I know a little about engines and I diagnosed the problem and was able to fix. I don't blame my service adviser I blame the mechanic. Just a bad experience.

Rick is very nice and always communicates with me very well. I have no issues at all with him. I just don’t like that fact that every single time I come to that dealership it’s always a super long wait and it seems very unorganized. Today specifically I waited 3 hours for just an oil change. That’s absolutely ridiculous. Rick gave me the option to uber me home but I don’t live very close so I felt like it was pointless to ride all the way home and then come back. It wouldn’t be such a big deal if it was a one off thing but literally every single time I’ve been there they say it’s gonna be a long wait we’re very busy today.
