The service advisor was extremely excellent and the issue lied with the mechanic lying to get more money out of me as stating my cabin filter and engine filter needed to be replaced when I knew it didn't cause I replaced them last month and Joshua reviewed video and stated it as well that they were clean and good now the issue is that after oil change im hearing a whilst noise that wasn't there prior to oil change

I appreciate the service and anticipated and scheduled maintenance at this needed. However, this is the first time that I waited for my car that was completed for over an hour. I checked the bay a couple of times and didn’t see my car and presume that it will still being serviced. Although I receive a text message and phone call, I had my phone on silence as I was working on a recording for a client, I didn’t want the phone to be interrupted. This is something that I’ve done before when waiting for my vehicle, but the service tech always sought me out as I rarely ever leave the showroom, which I informed them that I would wait for my car. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, I presume the service tech was new; perhaps this is the new process and I just need to check with my service tech on the hour next time?
