Larry Walker was absolutely amazing, however, I made an appointment for 730 and just had an oil change and an alignment. And engine filter change. I thought with being one of the first people in the waiting room I would be one of the first to leave. I’m not sure if the technicians put others before appointments or not. Please check on this. Maybe there is something I’m missing and I apologize if so.

I made an appointment for a simple tire rotation. Others were serviced before me. I spent 2 1/2 hours when it should have taken about an hour. Apparently Toyota prioritizes Toyota Care customers over those that have an appointment.
