Joe was great, I have no complaints about him. My complaint is that after being without my car for 2 days and spending $3500 I had to return a day later and spend over an hour waiting due to my tire light being on. I am left with a non functioning tire light, unless I spend another $400 per tire to fix it. It does not make me want to return/trust Toyota with future service, and I have been a loyal customer for 10 years.

I have bought a FRS and Rav 4 in the past 10 years. Since then I have noticed a steady decline in the service dept. over booking appointments, long wait times, and increased costs above what I would consider reasonable. It’s a shame because I’ve always liked bringing my cars to WCT. I hope changes can be made to pivot and restore confidence in going there.

Richard is a good guy. My experience with the dealership was not what I expected. The way you do business is shady. I just moved here from MN. From the moment I pulled in someone examined my car and noticed a tiny little chip in the windshield and said it needed to be replaced to get it registered in FL. This scammer was full of it. All I wanted was an oil change. While I was sitting waiting for the oil change(over an hour) I got a text stating I needed another 400 dollars worth of work on my car. One item they said I needed was new wiper blades. I just replaced them 3 months ago. It’s tough to trust you when you feel you’re getting played. I went to the dealership to get work done thinking it was a safe choice. Since then I read reviews of your dealership. You have a lot of bad ones. I would recommend not texting people waiting there and walking a few steps and reviewing the findings face to face. Texting is not good customer service. Having a windshield guy look at my car first is also bad customer service and a terrible first impression. Especially, when you find out he doesn’t even work for your dealership. You should consider the lifetime value of a customer instead of getting a few extra bucks and only viewing a customer as a one time purchase.
