Three expensive services were recommended that did not need to be done. I have new tires (less than 500 miles on them) but I was told I needed to have them balanced (even though there were balanced at your dealership when new). I was also told I needed an alignment, which was also done when I purchased the tires. I was also told I needed a brake fluid replacement, something that I had done at my last visit to your dealership but your records didn't reflect that. There would have been $700 worth of unnecessary work done if I had agreed....which I didn't! Alex did a good job, my complaints are not directed at him.

I scheduled an appointment at 7:30 for just an oil change, arrived on time and was one of the first people in line. I didn’t leave until 11:30 and the mechanic forgot to put the cover for my air filter back on.
