The cost of services is over inflated with no justification. The Reps are just using “used car sales” tactics and flat out dishonest. I will not be using this dealership again.

Donald was brash did not enjoy working with him. Was told last time I was there I had service coverage for an extended period of time on my vehicle from when it was initially purchased. Making the appointment was awful because I tried booking through app for two weeks which didn’t work and then calling to make the appointment was difficult to reach someone who was also not pleasant to work with. With those prices and the time it takes to book an appointment plus just how unpleasant all the employees at your organization are I won’t be back, and I certainly won’t consider Wesley Chapel Toyota when I buy my next and fourth toyota
