It took 4+hours to do the service, for first three hours it was not even started.
Customer do take appointments with confidence that vehicle’s service will be done on time. 4+ hours wait time is not acceptable for bolt change and tighten the screws.

Mason was great! He did what he could to get my car fixed as best he could. I am however not happy that it took a month and a half to fix a brand new vehicle and 3 separate trips.
