Was treated greatly by Mr. Griswold, however, I waited for almost 3 hours. Not sure why. Maybe there weren’t that many technicians working that day, but I felt it was too long of a wait. Can’t complain about Mr. Griswold. He was very professional and apologetic, even though I knew the long wait was not his fault.
