Joseph was great. My one feedback is not having complementary shuttle service both ways. That leaves your customer ultimately stuck in one place while their car is being serviced for 3 hours.

1. When I initially called to make the appointment, the girl making my appointment, tried to rush me off the phone. I was told I was not due for my oil change, but yet when I got to Toyota, I was told that I was overdue for my oil change. Asking about my warranties seem to be a difficult bother for her also.
2. As soon as I got in the building, I was asked about trading my vehicle. I would be happy to do this, but they thought putting me in a base model Camry in my least favorite color financing 39, 900 for six years, paying $850-$900 a month was something I would entertain. I don’t know who would entertain that, but it’s not me when I have a 2020 tundra with all the bells and whistles that will be paid off in a couple years. Why would I go from that to a very basic model Camry? I felt like they thought they could take it advantage and that makes me want to never come back to Toyota to make a purchase.
3. I was told at 11 o’clock when I left that my parts were being sent from another Toyota and that there was no way my truck would be ready in an hour so I took a Lyft to work and at 12:20 I got a call saying my truck is ready. I do not feel like anyone took the time to find out if the parts were truly there and it made a huge inconvenience for me to have to come back for my truck when I could’ve just waited the hour.
Bottom line customer service at Toyota Wesley in Chapel definitely needs a lift. Ness was amazing and real, but the “manager” he had to bring over to tell me what amazing favors he got for me…..was arrogant, pushy and very condescending. Do better.

The level of service Damien provides is certainly aligned with the overall service we’ve always gotten at Wesley Chapel Toyota. Mason was very warm and customer service oriented . I went in with a flat and he quickly inspected all of my tires and informed me that he could see that the vehicle had not been driven in a while because all the tires are “cracky” (not the term he used but they need to change) . He provided me with all the necessary information re:pricing etc. & informed me that though they don’t have to be changed immediately, I should consider doing it soon. Also, I did not have an appointment but he treated me just as well as if I did.
