Today, I brought my vehicle into service and was assisted by Donald Sherwood. Suffice it to say, I was not satisfied with the quality of service that Donald provided. He seemed to not really care that I was there, and blew off my concerns about my cabin air filter when I first spoke to him. Additionally, at the end the service, he did not even try to come find me to notify me that my service was done, I had to locate him and when I did, he was very insistent on my review stating that he completed the service in under an hour (which he did not). Otherwise, the service today was fine, I am just rather disappointed in the quality of today’s experience.
