I was waiting for hours to get a call from Toyota or Nicole in order to pick up my car. I then called the dealer ship which put me on hold until it left me on voicemail. So I had to find a ride to come to the dealer with the uncertainty that my service was done. Upon arriving I was told my car was done. But I genuinely disliked this service and will not be coming again. Scott was nice enough to quickly assist me.

I didn't get service because they were very busy and I decided to reschedule the appointment but they put in the system that I had already received the service so when I called and tried to make a new appointment they responded that my car was ready, I have to call many times and explain the situation to get the new appointment and then when I got it, so I came again and tried to find an answer with the person who served me on Monday April 28th and he didn't give me an answer, I have always had good experiences but April 28th was not a good experience for me.

My representative Mason was very pleasant, attentive and informative.
My dissatisfaction lay in the fact that due to a default on the part of Toyota I need to replace an item on my vehicle. This is the 5th and possible last vehicle that I will purchase from Toyota due to this. The weather strip molding that Toyota installed on my car and many other models needs to be replaced. If the item was defectively installed by Toyota it is unfair that I have to foot the bill to repair it. The company is well aware of this issue since the Technical Service Bulletin was issued September 27, 2021. I understand parts that undergo wear and tear but this has not occurred in the previous 4 Toyota vehicles that I have owned. I understand that the. Company operates to make money however customer loyalty should mean something or maybe not.
