Totally unacceptable to wait over 3 hours for an oil change. That has been a repeated experience even tho today I had an extra service. Still it was unacceptable wait time. Scott tried to make it less disturbing but time matters and you can’t get wasted time back. Not happy. You need to do better not make excuses.

I took my car to my mechanic and said it was something completely different. He showed me what you said was wrong and then he showed me what was really wrong. You need to hire better mechanics . Maybe that is your way of making money
Say it's something that it isn't ,and say you fixed it but it still does the same thing. Snow you have to get the real problem fixed. Not right.

I had an appointment at 11:30 for an oil change and it took 3 1/2 hours to complete. The service manager while upfront would then give me looks of irritation whenever I tried to find out if my car was close to being done.

This is second time I’ve been to this location and the is the 2nd worst technician I’ve had. He didn’t show me to the waiting area, he didn’t check on me the entire 2.5 hours I was there, and he didn’t know if I was still in the building or not! He literally called my phone to see if I was still these! This is unacceptable. Not what I expect as a loyal customer!
