Joe was absolutely amazing and this is no reflection on him. Discussed with him an issue on having with my sun roof. It quit working not quite two years after I purchased the car and I would like to bring it to you guys but after the issue with a dealership ordering the wrong taillight gives me reason to pause because I had to leave my car there and get a loaner and come go all the way back down to pick up my car, but would be nice if you would wave the diagnostic fee or give me a discount depending upon how much the repair is for my sunroof. And I will only work with Joe.

Mr. Jared Murphy offered great customer service, however I marked no on the survey because he promised to follow up with me regarding the hood strut prob that’s been missing from my vehicle for some time now, after it was serviced at the Wesley Chapel Toyota location.
He did say he would need to order the part as it’s not readily available in stock, so I’m awaiting his call regarding an update on its progress, after which I can provide an updated Google review.
