I came on a Saturday as instructed by the service team who answered my call. I was then told by Daniel that the Forever Start warranty people don’t work weekends and I would have to come back on Monday. The dealership is one hour away from my house. I returned on Monday and was told to get a loaner car while they work on my battery. I had to leave a credit card on file with $150 hold on the card. Finally on Tuesday at almost noon I received a message that my car was ready. I called to verify what was done to my car and the person who answered (Brandon) had no clue. He said he would find out and call back. I did not receive any calls back from the service department despite also leaving messages. I returned on Wednesday after work to pick up my car one hour away again. After I got there I asked to see the new battery and my battery cover on the negative terminal was missing. I took a picture of the battery when I dropped it off and I definitely had a terminal cover. Now I will have to be inconvenienced again while I get this part replaced. I don’t want to return here if it takes so many trips and incompetency by the staff. A simple battery replacement shouldn’t take so long and be so inconvenient.

I was there for 6 hours, which required me to throw away a package of food that had arrived in that last hour before I could get home, and the alignment was not even done, which is one of the reasons I had to wait for extra time. I have health issues, and seeing multiple customers come in after me and leave before me is extremely disheartening to the point that I am pondering going elsewhere for service in the future.
