Mason did a good job as the service agent today. My only issue is I dropped my car off at 8:00am for an oil change and I didn't get my car back until 2pm. Why does it take 6 hours for a car oil change. I understand it's a drop off but why do appointments if your department is just gonna see e people that came after my car before me? I did not hear about about my car until 1pm when my wife dropped me back off at the dealership. Then I had to wait another hour for my car to be ready. I just feel my time was not considered important. I wasted an entire day waiting around for my car to be ready. I could go to any other business and get an oil change with in a hour.

There is one concerning factor with management. The fact that you charge an extra fee for the convenience of using a credit card is the first step of erosion of trust and fairness between the consumer and the company.

The service was great. However, someone totally changed my dashboard settings and took me 20 minutes to figure out how to reset them to the view I want for guages etc.
