I arrived for my 0815 appointment at 0800. I didn’t leave until after 1:00. I left for an appointment but was reachable by cell phone for updates regarding the diagnostic on my back hatch. I didn’t receive any until I returned after 11. I authorized the replacement and still had to keep checking back to see how much longer. At one point I was told how busy they were and they would get back to me. I walked away muttering under my breath it’s only been four and half hours. I’m also disappointed Wesley Chapel no longer offers round trip shuttle. I paid for an Uber from Wiregrass. I’ve bought my last two cars there and was going to talk to someone about trading in but canceled the appointment I had such a headache.

We had an appointment for 11:00, we sat in the car and waited 45 minutes for a service advisor to come and talk to us and tell us that the person we had an appointment with had called in. That’s not our problem, that should’ve been taken care of before we got there and we shouldn’t have had to wait 45 minutes for someone to take our car back to the garage for an oil change. That’s why we schedule an appointment. They did give us a free car wash voucher, but they still need to work on their customer service in the service area because no one came to talk to us and let us know what was happening.
