Well I don't know about a job well done we left the dealership it was pouring down rain we get back to Spring Hill and it's dry and mint we run into some nasty love bugs in which covered my windshield so I hit the washer fluid and guess what not one drop of fluid in the box so yeah job well done no job done yes was my main issue taking care of rear tire was replaced air pressure was unstable the left rear had 35 lb in it front left right front and right rear 30 lb Joseph absolutely on point Captain contact with us, your service team who took care of my vehicle NOT SO GOOD. My experience was happy and pleasing. Alexander was attentive to my requests for service of my car. He kept me informed as to the progress of work being done. He made sure I had water to drink and where his station was in case I needed anything. When a part was needed and the car had to be held overnight, he took me to the lady to get a rental. The next day when the work was completed, he said my good as new car was ready. He handled the paperwork with ease. I drove home a very satisfied customer.

I was greeted promptly by Rick, who mentioned that he owns the same vehicle and offered some helpful recommendations. I shared a few concerns with my vehicle, and Rick demonstrated excellent knowledge in addressing them. After reviewing the inspection video, I was pleased to see that those same concerns were identified.
I also noticed a discrepancy regarding the spark plug maintenance being listed as due. Rick immediately reviewed my service history and confirmed that the maintenance had already been completed, which I greatly appreciated.
Rick is an outstanding service advisor—knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. I look forward to working with him again in the future.
