I was highly disappointed in the fact I had an appointment just to get there and be told it’ll be a two hour wait anyways. What’s the point of scheduling appointments if they aren’t followed? I fully understand that drive ups are acceptable but it shouldn’t be allowed in place of scheduled appointments.
