I had hoped that they will catch the issue with my AC not cooling when they did the inspection. Instead I was told later that the ac service does not cover looking at the rest of the ac sub system. I was asked to do evac and refrigerant service and then troubleshoot afterwards which would require additional diagnostic fees. I just felt I was being sold services that were not even required. Was very disappointing

I was extremely disappointed with the way my car was returned after service. The driver’s side mat was left in complete disarray, and shockingly, a smoking device was left behind in my vehicle.
