Hey so… I don’t know who did the service on my car.. but it was a mess inside when I got it back. Workers definitely ATE in my car, as there was a discarded METAL butter knife, a cherry earring, and some dried up fries all over my passenger side floor, as well as a bunch of dead dried leaves. I know everyone’s gotta eat, but it’s kinda frustrating..

What’s the point of having appointment slots? Why give me an appt for 8:30am if my car is just going to sit in the back of the building for almost 3 hours before it even gets touched at all?

Horrible experience. I never even saw Larry Walker and my vehicle was not serviced. I was told when I scheduled the appointment that it was 2 hours or less. I planned my day around that expectation. After 2 hours and 15 minutes I went to ask what’s taking so long and they hadn’t even started on my vehicle. I had a commitment and had to take my vehicle back without being serviced. It was a total waste of time. It was just a simple tire rotation, which takes 10 minutes there is no reason why it should’ve taken so long and there was no reason why if I had an appointment for a certain time that they weren’t even gonna touch my vehicle for 2 1/2 hours after that even that so soon just absolutely pitiful I will not be back. I called and tried to get in touch with the service manager to tell him what happened but never could get through so I left a message and was never called back pretty typical of how my day went with you guys.
