Hopefully the car has been repaired as this product has been most reliable and made me a loyal customer. In fact, as a result of this car’s performance I purchased a second Toyota. I received a warning after getting home that the wiper fluid was low. I assumed this was something that was checked and topped off like a normal service, but I guess maybe not? It’s not a huge deal, but it was a bit disappointing to receive a warning when I had just been in for service.

Very disappointed with service. When I came to pick up my car, I was told to look for it in the middle of the lot. It was cold and I could not locate my car and had to walk back in to ask for help. Why can you not drive up my car for easy pick up??? Another example that common sense and good service cannot be taught.

Rodney was great with explaining and showing how the new system works. It was quite simple and convenient to see the MPI and pay my bill before returning to pick up my vehicle.
