I came in for a few recall fixes and an axel repair. I was told the work would be done by 2pm. The work was in fact not don't until after 4pm. I wish I would have been updated on the time it woukd be ready since I had to scramble to arrange getting my kids picked up from school.
When I got my vehicle back I didn't realize until after I got home that both my children's carseats were uninstalled and rearranged in the car. One appeared to have been attempted to be installed, however was completely wrong and titled and not even sitting on the seat correctly. Please have someone install carseats correctly and how the customer had it. Or it would have been nice to simply be told that they had to be moved and needed to be safely reinstalled.
