Tires or brakes are making a grinding noise after changing winter tires to summer tires a couple weeks ago. Mechanic unable to reproduce noise. Noise is still present. Can only hear at slow speeds (5 - 7 mph) with light pressure on brakes. Sounds like a combo of metal grinding and squeaky rubber rubbing against something.
