When I arrived, the check-in staff member and technician in the service department seemed genuinely interested in resolving my problem without adding superfluous services. Great service on a Saturday when staffing can be limited.

Came over for an oil change was told I don’t need one only tire rotation. The sticker on my dash says I’m due. The vehicle is telling me it’s also due! I’m over an hour drive to get service done and gas isn’t cheap!! Service report was rude also

My maintenance due is still on my dash. My low tire air light is still on.
Not major things, but service here has always been superior! I would have never received my 4 runner back with those warnings still on.
It almost makes me question whether everything was done properly.

Was called 3 times on Friday morning. The mechanic couldn’t locate the lug nut key. Told him it was in the glove box. He said it wasn’t. I got out of bed, showered dressed and drove to the garage. Opened the glove box and guess what was there. The lug nut key in the black holder that it came with when I purchased the vehicle. No expression of oh I am sorry just ok. Sounding like I wasn’t believed. Got to rethink the service rendered for the price charged and the hassle!

My wife was the one who took the truck in. He was rude and she had asked him about getting these hooks that were supposed to have been installed when bodywork was done he said well you can walk over to collision and check. She did and got it taken care of but good customer service would have been him calling or going himself. He certainly doesn’t have the most customer friendly demeanor.
Plus the reason I had to schedule an appointment was never resolved. I scheduled an appointment to have a taillight replaced. They never even ordered the part. Now I have to bring it back in to have it replaced.
