I had another appointment at 3:30 this afternoon, and days before this appointment today, I was assured I could have transportation to this VERY IMPORTANT meeting at the social security office. 3:20 came and transport still hasn't been provided, so Nate finally took us. We arrived at 3:57 and the SS staff locked the door in our face. Erik did truly try to arrange this transportation for us, and at 3:00, Blaine called the shuttle as well, but the shuttle wasn't there in time. Now, there will be a lengthy wait for another appointment. I realize it's not necessarily yalls responsibility to get me there, but I was promised it would happen and missed it.

I was told that they road tested my vehicle and took it up to 7075 miles an hour to test for the sound I thought I was hearing. The problem is there were only 3 miles put on the vehicle so I don’t know how they could’ve road tested it at 70 to 75 mph. I feel like I was given a line of BS regarding the road testing that they did on the vehicle
