I really appreciated being able to get an appointment this week to service my daughter’s RAV4. The best part was discovering the source of a rattling
noise which is under warranty which will be replaced at a later date.

Rodney was great. I do not understand why it took 2 hours to do an oil change and a tire rotation. I have worked in a garage before and that is totally unacceptable. That was my one day off and was expecting half hour to 45 minutes and I even got there early.
