Rodney is not who I am pleased with. The mechanical guys are who I am pleased with. Rodney needs to learn good customer service. Talking to customers about their vehicles and not worrying about some thing else that’s going on in the service center. Tell the people up front the right price of the work that is being done. I had no problems with Ron Sloan what he said was what it was. So nice to have him as my service tech. When I heard he was leaving I was very upset I trusted him with my truck completely. I don’t have a good feeling was Rodney. Sorry for that.

Rodney is great- treats us well (takes care of wife’s car and my car). My overall satisfaction with dealing with an Apple CarPlay system that crashes every day is poor. The crashing started in January. It has been evaluated 3 times during normal service visits. The first time I was told it was likely an old cable. That was curious, because I was using the new cable provided with the car. The second time it was evaluated I was told it might be my phone. I started using other phones in the family, and it continued crashing. The third time, I was told that there is a known software issue with Apple CarPlay. The solution proposed on my most recent paperwork was to avoid using Apple CarPlay, use Bluetooth instead, to avoid the crashes. Now I’ll reiterate that Rodney has been good to us, and his hands are tied, but this situation is poor. If you consider that I purchased a new car with Apple CarPlay, and the system has crashed for 9 of the 12 months of ownership, that should not be considered appropriate or acceptable. Thanks for your time.

She did a decent job, but Ron left some big shoes to fill. Service reps must communicate extremely well, and must exhibit honesty and trust. I had a questionable experience with one of your other Service Reps in the past, so I hope Shanelle ends up being a good one.
