The texting system is very overwhelming while working. Videos sent have employees swearing and I don’t need to hear.

The outcome was fine but there was confusion about my brake’s that was very upsetting to me. I was treated with respect but I still do not understand how the brake pads were different from ones Toyota used as they are the only one that has ever worked on my car.I however did get somewhat loud and did apologize because it just seemed odd when I had my tires rotated the last time I was told my brakes were fine and then yesterday said I needed new brakes??? It was resolved again with respect again I question why niw

This was my first time at this service department. When asking about why the app didn't specify what service I need (I thought I needed an oil change due to the symbol) I was told, "I am explaining what you need and the timeline." I had just come from doctors appointment and admittedly was disheveled. But there was lacking customer service and compassion.

It should not take 2 hours for an oil change. I was specifically told it would be less than an hour. I was late picking up my child. I hate to have them go get my car. My sticker wasn't changed, my car maintenance light wasn't reset and my tires were not filled with air. No one seemed to know what was happening with my car.
