Jorge and your service team did an excellent job and completed the service in a very timely manner! I highly recommend this Lexus for any Lexus owner! Everyone from the check in to the loaner to the service agent to the cashier were all very professional and friendly!!

I have been coming to Lexus of Glendale for 30 years. During my service visit I was given a courtesy vehicle! The vehicle was dirty. I was disappointed that I was given a dirty vehicle. Also when I made the service appointment I left them know I was bringing it in for the safety recalls. Instead of having the vehicle done in one day, they had to keep my vehicle overnight because they didn’t have the part that needed to be replaced. I live in Seal Beach! This was a huge inconvenience for me. They knew the day I made the appointment. They should have had the part in stock.
