I’m not sure any repairs were done at all. There was supposed to be an upgrade on infotainment system no difference or changes were noticed. The worst part is when a car wash was supposed to be done The representative never checked the car if it was washed. I warned him not to make any promises on repairs I also told him that I was going to inspect the car. Very nice representative but, no action period. Last time that I had the car supposedly serviced the same thing happened. I guess is a common practice on this dealer. A TOTAL FAILURE. All around.

I visited Lexus Glendale because of a nail in my tire on my 2025 nx 350h that needed to be replaced; granted I did not have an appointment given the circumstance of the unexpected. (I purchased the tire repair contract on the car.) I was told the wait would be about 2 hours which I accepted. 4 hrs 15 min later my car was ready. My only disappointment in the service was that I was not informed of the delay at any time. I would have appreciated a heads up on the delay. I could have taken a walk to a local restaurant or ….
