Another absolutely stellar experience with Danny Mata at Lexus of Glendale. I appreciate his attention to details and his willingness to go a step beyond. I am a senior citizen and he treats me with utmost respect.
I thought I had misplaced my keys after removing my car key. He looked for them and even offered to take me to the lost and found. After I eventually found them . THEY WERE IN My PURSE!! I was so embarrassed and he just said “ thats okay these things happen “ How sweet is that? You have a treasure in this guy!

I was early for my appointment. The service guy made me wait an hour begore submitting the paperwork for the loaner. He took my car up before i could take my belongings . That took 40 mins to get my things. I was there at 10 was finished at 12:10. I had an important meeting that i missed. II have no idea what services my car received or its condition. I’ve had this guy before and am very dissatisfied with his service and attitude

I knew prior what my cost was going to be there is no hidden surprise charges. In the past if their where any changes needed found during service I always received a call informing me and getting my approval.
