I told the representative Eric, that when I reverse there’s a clicking noise in my brakes ,, only when I reverse he said that’s normal cause the brake pads turn when I reverse , so when I picked up the car I said did they check the brakes and then Did Not check them . What kind of service is that , I told them to check them

Service department, costumer service, and called again to ask additional service all inquiry and same service have different prices. Confusing. I could’ve save money i were given accurate information.
