Tell your service advisors when they offer a loaner that the car can be ready to go or you can wait hours until a car comes back. They make it seem like it’s ready like a car rental. Left a really bad taste in my mouth. Wife was pissed when she found out. Ended up waiting for car instead. Way to kill your customer service expectations.

Very poor communication !! I was very specific verbally and visually showing the agent the damaged tire in the TRUNK. Yet the technician removed the spare that was “on the vehicles front left side and reported that everything was ok! When in fact my damaged tire was still damaged !! You just lost the sale of 2 new tires to the tune of $608, I will purchase my 2 new tires elsewhere and I just might take my business elsewhere where I can trust them to do a professional

My service advisor is great, i don't have any complaints. I would like someone to reach out to me regarding my Extended Service I was charged for diagnosis this not how my extended warranty sold to me.
