We have been customers there for a very long time and have even bought all for of our vehicles from the same sales person. We also drive a great distance to get our car serviced only from Lexus of Glendale. Our appointment for an oil change was at 12 noon and we arrived at 12:05 pm. The service consultant did not see us until 12:45 and our car was not finished until after 4 PM. Because of this very long delay it took us 3.5 hours to drive back home as traffic was horrendous. What is the point of having an appointment when it still takes so long just to have an oil change? Our experience with your dealership over the past 15 years has been stellar but this is the only time that we have had an issue. We have you service our LC500.
