I appreciated meeting VIP, the mechanic to demonstrate/explain my vehicle needs. I was ‘completely’ satisfied because the issue I came for was resolved. Jerry was reasonably attentive and helpful. I made my required timeline for the morning when I arrived at 7:15. The time from arrival to notification of dx, was much longer than I expected and therefore cost me the time I needed for a complimentary car wash but I made it out on time. I was surprised not to see more information on the results of the 21 pt inspection other than one verbal comment. I’m assuming that means the car is otherwise in good condition. Thanks for the service

I submitted the car for service at 10:15am and picked up at 3:45pm. I wish I was told that if a loaner was given to me, than the service of the car will be provided when it is convenient to the service department, and if I decided to wait in the dealership, then it will be serviced sooner.

My only complaint is the amount of time that is spent on waiting for a car once services have been paid. There is an online option to pay before picking up the car, but this saves no time. I waited for more than 30 minutes one day to get my car (and ended up leaving without my car since I had another appointment to make), and then ANOTHER 3O minutes to pick it up the second time. Both times having paid online before arriving. There needs to be a better way to expedite car delivery after payment has been made.

Mr. Navarro was excellent. I commend his service. Unfortunately, the performance of another staff member at the service department was surprisingly disappointing. I don’t know this individual’s name. I think, however, you should stress to ALL of your staff they need to be responsive and respectful to their customers.

The wait for a loaner vehicle was extensive. I waited from approx 11:15 to 12:45. The employees were focused on staffing the snacks and coffee instead of attending to their customers. There were only about 4 or 5 customers in front of me which did not necessitate a wait of 1 and 1/2 hours! Very disappointing to say the least. It would be better customer service if your employees were more aware and more conscientious of serving their customers in a timely manner.

It took 30-minutes in line to even get to a service agent. I waited over an hour inside the dealership waiting for a lianer, which didn't become available even though I had a confirmed appointment. I asked for a Lyft home. After being home for only 30 minutes I was called that my car was ready. My wiper blades needed replacement at $29.99 each but are available online at $20/pair. I think this is a ridiculous price disparity. Oh, I purchased a Luxury Care package. Why?

First, I was told Lexus will send me notifications when my second set of key arrives in August. However, I waited til the last week of August, still nothing from the dealer of Glendale. I went ahead to call them, the front desk was telling me it has to be a few more months, I told her the sales had told me I would get it by August, so the lady had me on hold and checked on it one more time, she came back to tell me it’s ready and can be picked up the next day! The next day when I arrived, everyone was busy there and no any service consultant bothered to stop by. The only nice thing on that day was the service manager was looking out and asked if I had been helped, he also listened on what I concerned on the issues of my new car. The next thing I am very upset and shocked, I always left a small bill on my left side compartment for emergency but it’s missing after I got my car back from the second set of key programming. I don’t know what to say and disappointed on what happened. It’s a small amount but whatever happened… I still have some compromise services with this dealership, not sure if it’s worth to come back again. I have gone to different brand of dealerships for services before, but my emergency cash were never missing. Last but not the least, I have never received the 1.5 key (one complete key and plus one manual key)sets when I am getting a new car. I always receive two sets. I understand the chip issues around the world, so it caused the keys couldn’t be delivered on time. On May 31 2024, the day I purchased the car I ONLY received one complete key, the sales did not provide me the second manual key, and only told me the second key will be able to picked up a few weeks later and later I found out it’s more then a few weeks til August! When I was at the finance office to sign all the paperwork, the finance guy did not hand me any key or told me anything about the key, besides trying to sale more additional service packages. I am very upset with this car purchasing experience, now I even have to drive back to pick up the manual key of the second set… do you reimburse my time and gas????!!!! Why a big brand of Lexus has this kind of low quality service.
