Additionally, Danny checked in with me while waiting for valet to deliver the car and we had a pleasant conversation. When I was signing the paperwork for the courtesy car I was subjected to the rudest, most patronizing individual I have ever encountered in my 30 years of dealing with Lexus of Glendale. I am an elderly woman. I questioned some of the items that were on your new agreement document. He demeaned me y and told me I was being difficult, didn’t like the tone of me voice. I was awful. During the whole interaction he appeared angry.
