The transaction met my expectation. The service rep checked me in and I got a loaner. The overall experience was average for Lexus. From Lexus, I expected a smile, assistance with everything I needed to take out of my car, perhaps friendly conversation. My perception was the person who took my car did not want to be there, was distracted , or having a bad day. Overall, for a luxury car dealer I expected more.
