Your dealership called me to schedule an appt to address a recall issue. I showed up at the appointment and waited 35 minutes in line before I was helped. I was then told you didn't have any loaner cars available after being promised one when I scheduled the appt. I had to come back another day. When I picked up my car, one of the service items I asked to be checked was not done correctly. After speaking to the manager, a new part needed to be ordered so now I will need to bring my car back for a third time. Also, the loaner car smelled like cigarettes and this has happened before.

Eric was very courteous! Knowledge. Fast at approaching me in the service drive and with the paperwork. Was super sweet when (even though he had told me) I had forgotten my Insurance in the car. He was like “NO PROBLEM WHATSOEVER!”
