II had the 60,000 mile service performed on my vehicle. The estimate was $795+tax. During the service I was contacted by the service advisor that I needed to replace the front brake pads and caliper for $1100-1200. I thought this was high but I verbally approved the work. When i picked up my vehicle the cashier said my bill was $2455. The cashier said the brake replacement didn’t include labor costs. If I would have known this, I would have deferred. I’ve brought my previous two Lexus’s in exclusively to your shop and all maintenance costs were clear.

The service representative that helped me was great! However I had to wait a long time to get a rental car. I waited for about 45 minutes. I was super late to work as I went to drop off my vehicle during my lunch break. If I knew it was going to take so long, I’d have selected to take an Uber instead
