Jorge and Ivan were awesome. Attended to our needs and very courteous. The amenities provided to us while waiting for our car were topnotch- varieties of coffee, portos and the massage chairs were my favorite. Thank you Lexus of Glendale!

The sales representative agreed on a vehicle price on sales floor, but during financing the price was increased without disclosing they were charging me a markup above the MSRP. Both the finance manager and the sales representative failed to disclose the full specs of the vehicle with the complete list of of options.
