Maintenance visit but I don't know what was done except my car being washed. Main reason for me to visit today was I got a light saying windowshield washer liquid is low. After I picked up my car, still liquid is empty. I had to go again to have them fill it. What a wasting my time! Also, it took a while to check in. No advisor helped me for a while. Short staffs? Also, loaner car had tire pressure low light on when they gave it to me. I had to go back to cashier to let her know it. They had to fill the air. Another time wasting.

Not happy at all. Your service guy made feel that I am liiar because I am not having the second metal key that I never received from your sales people. It’s his job to do the verification with your own sales people . It’s not my job to do verification with the sales people. Your company made thousands of my car deal and you guys trying to charge me for few dollars for this metal key. Terrible service your service guy never answers my question in the text message that I sent.
