My car was returned to me dirtier than when I brought it in. I was told it would be left inside and it clearly was not as to how dirty it was. Also, I saw it was left unlocked the whole time with the key fob left in the vehicle. I didn’t feel my car was secure left there. This “service” of giving a loaner to RZ owners/lessees is not one I will be using again. I’d prefer to leave a hold on a credit card if you’re afraid the loaner isn’t going to come back to the dealer or come back messed up than leave my car that if at my home would be locked and in a covered garage. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The technician working on the vehicle left wiring connector hanging loss
I have to return to inform the advisor Alex about the issues.
Alex taken a quick looked at the loose connector, then asked if any indicator light on dashboard. My answer was none, advisor states he’ll check with the technician then returned a moment later stating that scope connector. My big disappointment was advisor asked if someone try to work on my vehicle?
I told the advisor you guys already found the problems. The reason I can’t afford at this time.
The conclusion on this theory the technician not put thing back where it belongs and advisor asked me if I get someone messing up the vehicle.
That nonsense.
I’m very disappointed on the issues.
The rest of the the staffs are fantastic.
