I am very disappointed about the service and the experience I had with Lexus Glendale. I will never come again! I got charged but the issue has not been fixed at all after two inspections and back and force picking up and returning the car again and again. This is wasting my time. The system had restarted 8 times during the 50 mins driving and the navigation got disconnected again and again. It’s very ridiculous that the service consultant Argenis told me that it’s not a safety issue and asked me to return the car and make another appointment. I am not going to drop my car for the third time! I need fully refund!
