I am happy but what you did.. but I'm not happy that I have to stay there for 5 hours.. after 3 hours you guys told me you guys were backed up you could have gave me an Uber to go home.. Had car service on August 20. Then 4 days later car won’t start. I called Toyota Whittier that I got informed I had to pay diagnostic test to find out what wrong with the car. which was $198. Then I called my roadside service lucky that the toll truck guy knew right the way that was the battery issue and found that there’s corrosion on the battery. After took care of the issues. I called Toyota Whittier again wanted to talked manager but only get through Venessa who said it’s can happen that battery could die few days after service. However Carlos,manager never called back.
