I brought my 1988 Toyota pickup with 95k original miles in for an oil change today. This was my first time at this location. When I arrived at home I noticed 10 to fifteen drops of oil in my driveway. (Truck has never leaked oil). After crawling under my pickup the crossmember and skid plate were covered in spilled oil. Looks like when filter was replaced oil spilled and was never cleaned. I was very disappointed as I chose the dealership hoping my classic pickup would be treated with care! It’s very disappointing I’ve never had a bad experience at a Toyota dealership..

I wasn't happy with the long wait. To have my vehicle take 3 1/2 hours for a basic oil change seems a bit long. I was told it would take 2 1/2 hours initially. My appointment was at 11 and I was able to get there at 10:30.
When I asked for an update they said 15 to 20 minutes. It took longer than that. The service provided was great. The wait in unfortunate, and I dont think I'll be getting my service done at the dealership going forward. Thanks
