I really appreciate your service and staff — they’ve always been great. I often recommend your location to my co-workers. However, I was a bit disappointed to see the Uber service distance reduced from 8 miles to 7. I understand there may be reasons behind the change, but it was still a letdown.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t use the Uber service this time, so I had to wait, which made it necessary to rethink how to spend my time during the service or how to arrange my ride back to the office. From next time when I get the service, I’ll need to plan ahead to either stay at the location or arrange alternative transportation.

I brought my 1988 Toyota pickup with 95k original miles in for an oil change today. This was my first time at this location. When I arrived at home I noticed 10 to fifteen drops of oil in my driveway. (Truck has never leaked oil). After crawling under my pickup the crossmember and skid plate were covered in spilled oil. Looks like when filter was replaced oil spilled and was never cleaned. I was very disappointed as I chose the dealership hoping my classic pickup would be treated with care! It’s very disappointing I’ve never had a bad experience at a Toyota dealership..
