A bit disappointed with the outcome of the report. My regular mechanics shop would give me the same report for zero cost and I thought paying $210 would include all the much more in depth reports like air conditioning, electrical, timing belt, engine function , etc…type of report but all I got is what I had told you ahead of time. The coat of fixing the issue is way over the top. I truly want to do business directly with Toyota, but you make it impossible with the amount you charge.

Mark said the car would probably have its service completed in about 3 hrs due to the amount of cars being serviced. He added he would see what he could do to try to get it back to me sooner. I think I received the call, my car service had been completed ina little over an hour. I was disappointed in the fact he made me available to due “Honey Do’s” sooner than expected (when I got home) ????. All joking aside, He did a great job!!! I told him I’d see him in another 5000 miles

The wait time was definitely too long!
When I arrived at 7:30am I asked how long was going to take. They told me from about 3hrs. I explained that I had another appointment somewhere else and that I needed the car.
My car was there for 10+hrs.
I called after 4 hrs and I had no update, then after 6hrs I showed up to the dealership, then I was informed that it would take one more hr, I went back after 2hrs and my car was not ready!
Very disappointed with the wait time and lack of communication.
I will think about twice before going there again.
