The recommendations for additional work, with an estimate of over $350 are based on mileage, not based on condition of my vehicle. The Service agent personally confirmed this and stated that neither condition would cause negative impact to our travels. This is a classic “bait & switch” technique that should be eliminated immediately. And, may be illegal.
I am losing my respect and trust for Whittier Toyota Service!

I would have liked an update call after the estimated four hours for the car service. I called after waiting around 8 hours, not sure when the service department was close. I was also hung up on after being on hold and had to call back. Otherwise the service was fine.
