Iam not at all satisfied. I receive no updates or information regarding issues with my car. I wait and wait for a call. I have to call customer service to find out if the issue has been resolved. When I put gas into the car when half full, the gas spills out of the car, I get on spilled onto me. Furthermore the gas gage in the car doesn't show the needle move, so I dont know if the car is full. I usually refill the gas when half fuel close to half full. This car is not even one year old. I ask the Joshua the customer service rep if the car issue will be resolved and for how long. He informs me the car will be repaired and if Im concerned for how ling, I can buy an extended warranty. This is so frustrating. This is still a new car, a few months old when this issue started in April.

When I scheduled an appointment ahead of time the employees seem to all be hanging out not in work mode but I got checked in right away, as a result waited along time…..
but then employees get distracted watching the World Cup on the TV in the lobby no urgency of being efficient and quickly just for an oil change on a Thursday at 11am and there’s only 5 cars ahead of me and assisting the customer in a timely manner is an area of improvement but at the computer desk staff are very nice and friendly

While my lease contract ended after five years, the Car Doc coverage began only after the third year. As a result, I still have seven remaining services that I haven’t used.
