I arrived for the check up today and the tire light was active on the display. After nearly $1,500 worth of recommended work, I picked up the car and the tire light was still active! Does the “complimentary multi-point inspection” not include a simple glance at the display and follow up diagnostic on any issues?

Though it was not Joshua’s fault, it was not a great experience to get a call that the part for my RAV4 was in and to bring my car in and then find out the best the wrong part was in the box. ???? My son drove me there and home. We then had to go back for my car after the mistake was discovered over an hour later. Joshua felt bad and was apologetic. He assured me as soon as my part was in, he’d call for my car to be serviced.

They give me the round about the problem. Never explain why my car stopped working, they try to blame the towing company. I will say they where nice but didn’t explain exactly what the issue was, at the end they fix the car.

He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and kept me informed about the status of my vehicle. His professionalism and great customer service made the experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate his willingness to help such as calling an uber to take me home and explain how I can just click the link when the car is ready for me to get a return ride, attention to detail, and having the car complete an hour early. We told the service department about a faulty rear wiper fluid dispenser and were told it would be fixed. When I picked up my vehicle I was told it was fixed along with a safety recall issue. However when ai tried the rear washer fluid it still didn’t work. The service department said it was closing soon and couldn’t fix the issue until some other time. This is the second time I’ve had an issue that was told was fixed but wasn’t. Although I bought my vehicle from Whittier Toyota I likely will not be coming back here for service.
