I don’t usually complain but the service this time around was horrible. The tech left my windshield water tank open, my battery terminal cover off, didn’t check my tire pressure and worst of all left hose marks from the oil refill on my front grill that are not coming off. Just absolutely horrible. This is probably my last time getting an oil change with your dealership.

Was quoted 2 hours, service took 3 hours. Was told by Cesar hed call if it went longer. No call. When I showed up at 2 hours he was nowhere to be found. was helped by someone else ( this person did a great job). Would appreciate more communication and realistic time goals.
