I came in with a bit of a chip on my shoulder, still hating your ex manager Bianca White. I had checked to see if she was still on the website and she wasn’t. I worried the car really needed to be tended to. The positive attitude and sincere communication from the greeter was a start. That continued consistently from Isaac, who in conversation praised his manager sincerely (!! - that’s a first time ever anywhere). Extra credit for being both kind and knowledgeable greeting my dog Snapchat, who is a little bit timid.

Christian was very helpful, efficient and informative. I will continue to come back for his great service.

When I bought this vehicle, I bought the extra warranty, the dock and the person that sold me the extended warranty told me that I had bumper-to-bumper extended warranty, the whole drivetrain electrical warranty whole drive train warranty oil change, which they do rotation, balancing of tires, top of all fluids All fluids now they’re telling me the only thing they top off is water not brake fluid so they lie to me I wanted the rear end Greece after so many miles that’s supposed to be replaced transmission fluid supposed to be replaced after so many miles now I find out it’s not covered with the dock Warranty so they bullshitted me so another words that warranty was only good for oil changes and rotation. I’m very disappointed with Toyota. I’ll continue going there to have my oil change at the rotation of the tires until the warranty is over today they gave me a list 20 or 30 things that’s wrong with my forerunner never before They have gave me this list and I take my vehicle there probably every six months which is like every 5000 miles or so so it’s twice a year they have never ever in the eight years gave me a list like that. I don’t understand how can 25 to 30 different problems all of a sudden occur And none of these problems is covered on my extended warranty. This is not right. This is ridiculous at least one of these items should be covered very very, very disappointed with Toyota.

I waited almost 3-hours to have my battery checked. If I had known it was going to take that long, I would have asked for a ride home. A complete waste of my time. Only after I went up and complained about the wait did a mechanic get on my car within 5-minutes. I will not be taking my car to your dealership again. My recommendation would be to hire more mechanics so your customers don’t have to wait hours for minor service.
