As always since I bought my cars, plus friends, family. Toyota is great, but since before you got new service people I think it was Ray, before my service in February when I met the new staff. Service was much much better. I was deeply upset, mad because I complain to Ray that someone had hit my left side bumper. I knew it was new because I had just had it replace he was useless. I told the lady at the service she went out look, said will call you, took pictures, I told her this was not here when I dropped it off. I said look at cameras he said cameras are erased, then he said my car was no where near any cars, nothing in the back all by itself. He did nothing I know my car. That was why I hesitated coming back in February that was when I met new

Courteous, listens, to concerns, questions. I was glad with my service and his responds to my questions, did not brush me off. Glad you guys clean house. I’ve bought 2 cars, my son 3, my grandson 2022 Tacoma, my co. workers I referred them 3 cars. Thank you today with his knowledgeable invoice gave me peace of mind. I thank you A. Excellent, as always. If I asked, I was told where the car was, and how long until the 20,000 mile service job would be over. When checking out and paying, I was told nothing was wrong, what was accomplished, and any questions I wanted to know.

Really appreciate Cesar for helping me get my service done on my Toyota Corolla today. In past visits I’ve gotten in charge for the wrong service and Cesar was kind enough to make sure he applied my coupon for my oil changed today so that I was charged correctly really appreciate the attention to detail that he took today and also hating me and getting a shuttle back to my house I waited for my vehicle to finish being serviced.
