Service advisors are great, I’m loyal once I start with someone and I done all my services with you . Mechanics on the other hand have always gave me bad service
They put they check tire pressure and all 4 tires are at different levels
Claim they top off fluids and they don’t
I did the gear oil change on riffs and I got to work and undercarriage full of oil leaks
My drive way at home dirty from drips
Not happy at all
But I will still continue to go
Hopefully we can get better
I’ll be that old guy that keeps on talking bad but won’t change his people
lol
Not trying to get no one in trouble but please up your game a bit more

Service was okay overall, but I had an issue after my last visit. A few days later, my right rear hubcap fell off. When I mentioned it, I was told I should have reported it to Toyota sooner, but I wasn’t sure at the time what caused it.
Thankfully, I checked the rest of my hubcaps the next day (today) and noticed they were not installed properly. Some of the clips/hooks were not secured, and a few appear to be broken. One hubcap was already loose and would have fallen off, so I removed it myself. On the left side, I also found a clasp that looks broken, possibly from being forced during installation.
Suggestion: Please make sure hubcaps are properly secured and checked before returning the vehicle to customers. This could prevent parts from falling off and avoid potential safety issues.
