The manager of the service dept is letting me down!
I asked for information on our key fob and a quote for paint work on my tundra. We purchased a new 24 grand Highlander this year and are still waiting for the second key fob. We have serviced my tundra at your dealership since it was new and intend to have the grand Highlander serviced as well. But I am having second thoughts on how reliable Whittier Toyota management is. Can not expect staff to be any different.
